I was informed when I commented previously that this issue, unlike #564, is a bug caused by depth scaling. It was said that there were other major issues at the time, but I couldn't find anything that looked like a problem when I tested it with depth scaling set. Maybe it's been fixed already?

(Tested with depth scaling set to 1e4f.)
