Suika - Reset after starting the game when using realBIOS

It happens after the sofdec logo appears or after the system file check appears.

It boots without problems when using HLE BIOS.

HLE BIOS is now forced for this game until we can find a proper fix.

I'm not sure if this is a proper fix, but after disabling the forced HLE BIOS, enabling FastGDRomLoad or always running small transfers seems to resolve the issue.
