Dinosaur King (System SP) Blue bars on the sides of the screen

There are blue bars on each side of the screen during gameplay. Happens when flycast is in Full screen. Happens on all apis and Per Pixel, strip, and triangle.

It's due to the game setting the screen "border color" to blue. It's usually black or the same color as the current frame background, as can be seen in the BIOS boot animation.
