Bad Sound in WinCE games...

Since I have been emulating Sega Dreamcast games and I have noticed that the emulators that run WinCE games (Demul, Redream & Flycast mainly) have the same audio problems, sometimes you hear a kind of screech that occurs random way. (bad timing?)
