Ikaruga - Red SEGA screen at boot

I'm reopening the issue there as the old repo isn't active anymore :

Only happens in GL/Vulkan as there is no SEGA logo with DX11.

This is due to a spurious detection of direct framebuffer write. Known issue but not trivial to fix.
