Support pinned known_hosts

We use ssh for connecting to remote hosts and it would be useful to have support for defining and pinning the host keys in the environment. This way it is centrally defined which hosts are to be trusted.

To improve comprehensibility I applied "s/fix/pin/" to the issue. Sounds like a good idea.
