Support for mongoid 7.0

We can't use bullet with our setup where we use mongoid 7.0 with rails 5.2. It would be great if mongoid 7.0 support is added.

sorry I'm not working on any mongoid project, there's no plan to support mongoid 7.0, but a PR is welcome.
