[BUG] installer freezes when out of focus

Describe the bug

When out of focus, the installer doesnt refresh content anymore.

To Reproduce

  1. Focus on the installer and start a download
  2. Click on windows start menu and wait couple of seconds
  3. Download bar freezes
  4. Refocus on installer
  5. installer jumps to current state

I'm not sure if this is a fixable issue, this looks like its an electron issue

Seems to only happen when the start menu is open. Focusing on other windows doesn't trigger this behavior.
