[REQUEST] Separate changelogs for different versions

When changing the version selected, the changelog should also change to that specific one. While we are linking to official changelog with stable version we could link to https://github.com/flybywiresim/a32nx/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed (Closed PRs) with dev version. Same with FBW build.

I find it hard to understand (how to solve the issue/create a diff) when changing branches, from Stable to Dev or from Dev to Stable and vice versa since these "states" are very different and often have a totally different structure due to it's changes (see master and autopilot)

Actually what was in my mind was just a link to the commits page of thatbselected branch. You got everything in there you need. It's basically a changelog.
