Toggle switch does not trigger toggle action on "Dont Show This Again" popup, however wording and outline do

Expected behavior

Toggle switch triggers action

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Installer
2. Select A32NX
3. Pick Development
4. Observe popup window appears, toggle switch does not trigger toggle action on "Dont Show This Again" popup, however wording and outline do trigger action
