[REQUEST] Manual search for update button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To make the installer more comfortable, it would be nice to manual search for new updates instead of closing and reopening the program every time.

Describe the feature you'd like to see implemented

There should be a button at a central place. When clicking it, it should search and, if available, display new updates available for download.
