refactor: Move flyPad to fbw-common

Summary of Changes

Moving the flyPad and associated shared modules to the fbw-common folder.

Regression test on the A320 and A380 for the complete flyPad (incl. translations, integrations, etc.)

How to download the PR for QA

Every new commit to this PR will cause a new A32NX artifact to be created, built, and uploaded.

1. Make sure you are signed in to GitHub
2. Click on the Checks tab on the PR
3. On the left side, click on the bottom PR tab

4. Turned the FlyPad on and pressed every button that was interactable
5. Verified that the buttons and their intended actions worked.
