its not a significant issue if it even is but there it is

issue appears to be resolved with either most recent update or 2 updates ago. Thanks alot guys

I see it flickering a bit now with the new gust simulation in SU10. The data is high-speed from the ADIRU though (about 8 Hz) so this is likely normal in those scenarios.
