KMSP: not all SID dispalyed

Describe the bug

When Originating at KMSP only the WLSTN 7 and MSP8 SIDS are available in FMC using default NAV database(NOT Navigraph).

@tracernz was able to make a tweak to get them all to appear (reported on Discord in LNAV/VNAV issues) but indicated that the lines on NAV display were not plotted correctly.

Expected behavior

All the SIDS should be available

Steps to reproduce

1. Originate flight at KMSP with default (no Navigraph) data
2. Only a couple SIDS will appear in FMC on DEP page.

As far back as I can remember.

STARS when flying into KMSP do all seem to work properly.

The remaining issue is how the SID legs should be strung with the runway as they aren't connected, and the SID legs are often even "behind" the runway in some SIDs with no runway transitions. Will need checked on a real bus with Honeywell FMGC.

To add to this, there are a couple airports that don't show the STARS either
