Implements realistic rudder control and its interaction between hydraulics and flight controls.

• [x] Trimming actuator using 2 AC motors
• [x] Travel limiter using 2 AC motors
• [ ] Travel limiter slow speed backup mode
• [x] Yaw dampers mechanism
• [ ] Interface correctly with animations and FBW
