feat(hyd): rudder mechanical control and yaw damper

Summary of Changes
Implements realistic rudder control and its interaction between hydraulics and flight controls.
- [x] Trimming actuator using 2 AC motors
- [x] Travel limiter using 2 AC motors
- [ ] Travel limiter slow speed backup mode
- [x] Yaw dampers mechanism
- [ ] Interface correctly with animations and FBW
