Disable "virtual printouts" if real Printer is selected via virtual MCDU interface
Aircraft Version
Development
Description
it would be awesome, when you have select a "real" printer Via the virtual MCDU server, the "virtual" printing function in the cockpit would be deactivated, so you only have real printouts.

Since this issue was re-mentioned, what would be the best way to implement this?
- Have the print function send a request to Simbridge and if Simbridge is setup correct it will return a value, blocking the in-aircraft printer, or
- A config on the EFB (simpliest)
If we did 1 we'd need to implement a broadcast message to CDU protocol clients asking "are you sending this to a hardware printer?" because SimBridge's inbuilt printing support is not the only method of interfacing a hardware printer (and not the best for a thermal receipt printer). Would be nice to have that.
