Inaudible FMGC test after switching from batteries

Describe the bug
After going from batteries to external power or from batteries to APU, FMGC self-test sound is missing. I do not know what happened but it was available in previous builds. It is now inaudible.
Expected behavior
By switching from batteries to external power or from batteries to APU there should be a short three click self-test which gives indication that FMGC and fly by wire system is ready to continue.

Steps to reproduce
- Turn both batteries on
- Switch to EXT power/APU
- Wait for the FMGC self-test (sound is missing)

It worked about 2 months ago that is why I marked this as a bug.

I have mentioned this before, I removed because it was buggy. I will add it back when we have custom fmgc
What's the update on that one?
@beheh is working on a true FWC so we don't have to fake it. It will come relatively soon
