Added feature to optionally configure search params in config.json

Emulates Search Parameters (i.e query strings) in ace by optionally defining it in `config.json`. `README` is also updated with instructions on using the `searchParams` entry.

After clicking Live Reload, the console shows it is working but the message box says you do not have live reload configured. live-reload.conf only reads null.
