Inputs on Bitsy Board

I was going to order some of your PCBs from OSHPark but figured I'd ask a few questions first.

1. When you mention inputs, can a hardware button be used? I would have just tested myself but...
2. There is no "releases" tab, where would I download the configurator?

I'm looking to control anywhere from 1 to maybe 10 LEDs and have a button change them from, for example, white > red > blue > green > purple > multicolor patterns 1-4. Is this something this board is capable of?
