Toolbar size multiplier (slider?)

Having a simple size multiplier for toolbars in the main view would be awesome. Being able to change their size would make it harder to press the wrong button.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I request this feature because sometimes, it's hard to hit those small buttons. It would be easier if they were a bigger.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple slider that adjusts the toolbar size. Default being 1, minimum being ~0.5 and max being 2 (or whatever value is decided).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Changing screen scaling for the whole shell (kde plasma). In my case, I would have to put it to ~155%. It's doable, but then other stuff (titlebar/headerbar, etc.) takes a lot of space on the screen.
