Split Screen

Split screen is not possible on Windows 10. Dragging the window to the screen edges does not enable split screen. If another screen is set to split, Rnote isn't an option to be placed on the other side of the screen, Not sure if this is a bug since this works fine in Linux Mint, and I don't have Win 11 to test.
