Dragging a file in the workspace causes visual glitches

Describe the bug
Dragging a file in the workspace causes visual glitches. The visual glitch doesn't go away until the application is closed and reopened. This visual glitch also stays after the workspace is minimized. It also appears onto the windows desktop. Refer screenshot

Expected behavior
The visual glitch should not occur

So um, I don't know what that means, so I am just gonna wait for it to get fixed 😅

We're using gtk4 as a dependency for all of the UI rendering, and it's a bug from that library on windows.

So it needs to be fixed in gtk4, included in a new gtk4 version then it'll be fixed for rnote when we update to a gtk4 version with the fix
