Prefab-Based Document Settings with Notebook Assignment

Issue

When switching between notebooks I have to manually reconfigure the pattern from document settings.

Solution

Document settings should be saved as prefabs and allow the user to select which one to use for the active document. Notebooks should have a parameter which specifies which prefab to use while that notebook is selected.

I think this issue has already been addressed. I am referring specifically to #1435. In the future version, it will be possible to save a preset of settings chosen by the user so that those settings will be applied to each new document.
