Window snap not working on windows

Describe the bug
Rnote no longer will snap windows; used to work on corners of the screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open Rnote
  2. Drag application window to various places on screen

Expected behavior
Previous version had a blue shadow of the shape and location of the snapped window and snap to place.

Yes, this is unfortunate but the ui toolkit removed this on the latest version we're using ...

Their plan was to remove what was there (the previous behavior is kinda limited compared to the usual snapping behaviour and was gtk emulating it instead of supporting the native windows one. It was fairly limited and sometimes buggy) then properly support the native areosnap (which is the native window stuff and should behave like any other windows).

So we'll be waiting on the second part for this to be fixed ... P.S : Major versions of gtk are usually released around this time of year so it'll be at least a year before this can be fixed
