App crashes if you search for excluded apps from grayscale mode before they load

Hello! I would like to report a bug where if you go into detoxdroid and then under "Automatic Grayscale" > "Manage Exceptions...", when you press the search button and enter something in the text box, before all of the displayed apps are loaded, the app crashes. Note that the app doesn't crash if you just open the search field and then wait for the apps to load and then search. It only crashes if you search before they load. Awesome app by the way!
