[Feature Request] Pause only few features?

I mostly use the pause feature to access disabled apps for short sessions. I've set the time limit to 0 because I don't want to use up the time limit all in one go. Pausing turns off the grayscale and doom scrolling, which might have prevented from continuously pausing. Maybe a feature to select which features to pause?
