Feature request: deletionPolicy:WaitForTermination instead of determine by spec.timout, need a dedicated configure to specify timeout

We tried to utilize new feature of deletionPolicy: WaitForTermination to simplify our checks about uninstalled process. Wait time currently is only determined by spec.timeout. This is not so convenient as it is use for multiple purposes. It'll be more useful if time out can be configure specifically for WaitForTermination as some of our inventory resources needs more time to be removed.
