Flux Logs Grafana Dashboard does not display any data

Describe the bug

The Flux Logs Grafana dashboard does not display any data due to logs seemingly not being un-escaped correctly:

Detected fields include double quotes for are not detected at all (e.g. the "level" field):

As a result the configured filters do not work anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the monitoring stack from this repository
2. Open the Flux Logs Grafana Dashboard

Expected behavior

The dashboard displays data correctly.
