Remove support for AWS App Mesh

AWS App Mesh was discontinued and replaced with Amazon VPC Lattice which supports Gateway API: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/containers/migrating-from-aws-app-mesh-to-amazon-vpc-lattice/

Given that Flagger has full suport for Gateway API, we should remove the AWS App Mesh integration from code and docs.
