Complete a TAG Security Self-Assessment for Flagger

Flagger would benefit by a security review under the TAG Security Pal program.

In order to apply the program, a project requires that a Self Assessment be completed.

We are currently working towards submitting an application for Flux Multi-tenancy, I propose we submit a joint application to access both at the same time.
