flux-resource: drain help output inconsistent

it took me a little bit to figure out

usage: flux-resource drain [-h] [-f] [-u] [-i TARGETS] [-o FORMAT] [-n]
                           [-L [WHEN]]
                           [targets] ...

positional arguments:
  targets                List of targets to drain (IDSET or HOSTLIST)
  reason                 Reason

should the example at the top be [target] [reason], otherwise the positional arguments "reason" makes little sense?

dunno if argparse can fix this ... just noticed it

I think the ... refers to reason, but yeah probably a side effect of using argparse. There may be some way to fix it but it is probably pretty low priority. The man page does state: flux resource drain [-f] [-u] [targets] [reason]
