flux bash completion prevents filename completion

Just noticed this minor annoyance. When the flux bash completions are loaded, it ends up preventing filename completion, e.g. when using flux mini batch -N1 <tab>. It might take a little research to figure out how to enable this while still preserving subcommand completion, so it might be best to disable install of the current completions file for now.
