Add support for web

how I can use this plugin for flutter web.

It doesn't support flutter web. I don't have any experience in web development so I don't have a plan for this feature on web. Btw, welcome to anyone contribute for this feature.

I'd like my user to be able to download a PDF via Flutter Web.
