Hi there,

Thanks for the package proposal. Due to recent events within the community and the world overall, we're currently quite busy and will not be able to respond to most package proposals and other community inquiries on GitHub as well as you might expect. Sorry about that. We'll keep you up to date.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards, Jay (Flutter Community GitHub admin).

Hello there,

Thanks again for submitting the package. I've reviewed the codebase and have a bit of feedback for you.

However, since you've indicated that you would like to give this package up for adoption and find a new maintainer, I'll wait with doing a full review until we have found a new maintainer.

Is there anyone you'd like to nominate to become the new maintainer? if not, that's okay - we'll look for someone ourselves.

Let me know if you have any questions. 👍

Hi there @AbdulRahmanAlHamali (cc @KaYBlitZ and @sjmcdowall) 👋🏻

Approved

Because you have indicated that you would like to give this package to another maintainer, we've gone ahead and approved this package to be transferred to the Flutter Community GitHub organization.

As soon as the package has been successfully transferred, we will put this package up for adoption to find a new maintainer.

Important note about uploaders

There are multiple uploaders for this package (including @KaYBlitZ and @sjmcdowall). These uploaders will lose access as soon as the package is transferred to the Flutter Community publisher account. If any current uploader wants to stay uploader after the package, they have to tell us through the issue that will be created after the package has been transferred.

What to do next

Transfer ownership on pub.dev

You've just been added as a Flutter Community pub.dev publisher member. Please check your email.

Accept the invite, then go to your package and transfer ownership to fluttercommunity.dev image

Transfer the package to the organization

You have also been invited to be a member of the Flutter Community GitHub organization. After accepting your invitation, please go to your repository's settings and transfer the package to the user/organization fluttercommunity. image

Let me know if you have any questions or need help. Good luck! 👋🏻

Hello there.

It doesn't look like the package has been transferred yet. Is there any updates to this?

Thanks!

@jeroen-meijer

Hello -- I am one of the uploaders who has been doing the uploads of late ... I did not know this request was made .. and is fine by me! I am not sure what the next steps are and if I can do them or not ..

I looked at the Admin for the package and see this --

Package ownership

You can transfer this package to a verified publisher if you are a member of the publisher. Transferring the package removes the current uploaders, so that only the members of the publisher can upload new versions.

Upgrading to verified publishers is an irreversible operation. Packages can be transferred between publishers, but they can't be converted back to legacy uploader ownership.

You have no verified publisher. Use the create publisher page to create one.

Not sure what to do ..
