MaterialControl : when paused can be played by tapping anywhere from the screen

As Expected in MaterialControl, when the video is paused, tapping on the screen should not resume the video.

Issue:

• The Implementation of MaterialControl has _pauseAndPlay in _buildHitArea method.

Expected

• The _pauseAndPlay should just be applied in the CenterPlayButton.

resuming the video by tapping the screen is not a standard behavior in native android.
