Not easy to drag the progress bar after video has finished

Hi, if we tried to drag the progress bar after video is played to the end, it is not easy to drag compare with when we playing the video. We are using chewie: 1.2.2, but both Android and iOS has same issue.

Do we need to change the code of material progress bar?

The Chewie's progress slider may did not use onChangeStart and onChangeEnd callback to improve dragging experience.
