References to Flutter supports iOS 9.0 and later. should become Flutter supports iOS 11.0 and later., etc.

https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/101960 will be the actual work to do this, wait until this gets to a stable release.

See https://github.com/flutter/website/pull/6057 for when this was last changed.

Ah, understood; I was thinking we could get the PR ready and then merge once https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/101960 launches? But I totally get waiting for the stable release.

This is available in 3.1, which is not yet on stable.
