Create a cookbook and tutorial for "Adding API-based CMS Capability"

Proposal

I would like to propose adding a section to the cookbook (preferably under Networking) on how to add "API based CMS Capability" to a flutter application. ButterCMS (https://buttercms.com) has a nice Flutter plugin we can use (https://buttercms.com/docs/api-client/flutter).

I would also like to propose adding a tutorial on this to the Tutorial section here: (https://flutter.dev/docs/reference/tutorials)
