Add info about "Flutter CTO Report" on the main website
What information needs to be added?
To celebrate another Flutter birthday last week, we published the Flutter CTO Report on our LeanCode website.
Whitepapers / reports / surveys are a great tool for companies that are considering Flutter but are still fighting some uncertainty and doubt, and there's a great chance they would look for that info on the Flutter website.
Our Flutter CTO Report and other whitepapers might be that helpful tools they would find on flutter.dev

Where should this new content appear?
I'd expect to see this type of content on the main flutter.dev website rather than docs.
I would like to fix this problem.

@mateuszwojtczak, @craiglabenz, that seems ok with me. Ownership of the "marketing website" (as we call it) is in a bit of flux at the moment. If this slips through the cracks, ping us again in the new year.
Once we publish our own whitepaper, I absolutely want to include mention of 3P whitepapers (like LeanCode's) on the same page. +1 to all of what @sfshaza2 said.
