Refactor integration test pages

This PR removes the duplicate content between two pages (Introduction and Write and run an integration test), adds a CI note, and adds the desktop integration testing information.

The filed issue asked for something very specific, but this PR is a complete rewrite. I don't have time to review this now, so I've asked @parlough and/or @redbrogdon to review this.

Not a problem. I saw that the intro page almost entirely replicated the integration testing page, so I trimmed the intro page way down.
