Ball flew off table (out to the left, below the board)

I caught/flipped the ball very late and it ejected below the bottom of the board (to the bottom-left) the game was at this point stuck.

Shortly after the board changed to some visual error state?

When I opened the console there were 1000 messages. These may in fact be 3 separate bugs? Screen Shot 2022-05-10 at 4 16 49 PM
