Improve styling for the inspector details when no widget is selected

Consider putting the "Select a widget..." message in a rounded outlined border: Screenshot 2024-09-26 at 4 12 42 PM

This will make it more consistent with the selected view and less jarring of a UI change when a widget is selected: Screenshot 2024-09-26 at 4 12 51 PM
