What you'd like to happen

First of all, thank you so much for your work and this great package!

That would be nice to add the adaptative feature for possible fields such as FormBuilderDateTimePicker and FormBuilderDropdown to automatically show either Material components on android or Cupertino ones on iOs.

Will be nice but currently we only support Cupertino and Material separated. See https://github.com/flutter-form-builder-ecosystem/form_builder_cupertino_fields for Cupertino widgets
