Translation & information for deleting the customer account

Dear flurrybox team, first of all i`d like to say thank you for offering such a great extension. After installing and testing i noticed the following two issues. Maybe you could suggest me to solve it.

1. At the customer account the menu point "Privacy Settings" is not translatable. The Heading at the page is translatable and the translation works fine with Flurrybox_EnhancedPrivacy.csv
2. If a customer request a deletion of his accound and informs about the reason, the shop owner got no information what the customer wrote. Either via email nor at the magento backend. - Customer Account has been removerd successfully. Hope you could help me with kind regards Gino
