.note-toggle disappeared when user skip past level 3

Hi, I was messing around and came upon this bug where if you click 'help i'm stuck' and skip past level 3. You cannot turn off the help note anymore, even if you complete the problem. However, if you go back to level 3 and less, you're granted the option to toggle off the help note. :)
