UI: Per-wallet page: Wheel spins only on Ecosystem attribute group

Not sure why, and it's not quite aligned either:

IMO the wheel spin is cool but a bit too distracting in its current form. How about putting it around where the attribute score currently is?

(Might need to make the attribute group bar bigger to make room, within reason.)
