Adding our Gemini Wallet to the list of wallets on Walletbeat

Can someone let me know what else I would need to do to get our wallet represented? Do I need to do something else with the PR, or check-off additional evaluation requirements?

So sorry I still haven't reviewed this yet! It's on my todo list, will get to it this weekend. Note that in the meanwhile, some CI tests around spelling are failing, so consider fixing those. You can re-run the CI checks locally with pnpm check:all.
