Wallet attribute: Orderflow transparency

Wallets are in a privileged position with regards to their view of the orderflow that users generate as they interact with DeFi. This is valuable data, and the supply chain of block building uses this as its main fuel.

Walletbeat should ensure that wallets are transparent to their users about their orderflow practices. This means some form of disclosure, and perhaps some form of configurability as well.

Per @nconsigny, the Ethereum RIG (Robust Incentives Group) is in a good position to have well-informed opinions on this topic, so I'm hoping they can chime in below.
