FR: Allow resizing of elements in the GUI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Especially the camera uses up a good third of the available space even on a 2k screen. But also the console doesn't really need to be as tall, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the GUI elements resizable, or at least the camera view, to free up some much needed space.
