Add Macro Buttons to Panel Headers

Ability to display the macro button on the header of a panel like in the area outlined in the red box:

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to completely manage those buttons. Even the out of the box buttons. A first step could be to just have the ability on the macro (like when you setup categories) to choose a panel to put it on.

Another phase might be to have an editor that lets you create drop down menus of buttons and manage each section of buttons.
